We can provide a monitoring service which will keep your site legal by giving a check to all new insertions or changes. This will require the owner/developer to inform us when changes are made and the work will be carried out under a service level agreement on agreed fees paid monthly or annually in advance. The cost of an audit depends on what the web developer or website owner wants to achieve, the size of the website and its complexity. Of course if your site is not complex we will simply carry out the audit in accordance with your order/instruction and the fee you have paid by credit/debit card.
Uncomplicated Websites:
An uncomplicated website is a site which does not have any “Rich Media” or which is not Database driven and is by its nature is updated infrequently. The site will be based on one or more design templates and will have less than 50 pages.
Complex sites:
These will be Database driven, or perhaps use a Content Management System and/or have a quantity of “rich media” materials in them. Complex sites could be based on numerous templates, frames, layers, use outdated technologies and/or have a complicated navigation structure.

If you book and pay on line for an audit and on inspection we consider your site to be complex, don’t worry. Where this happens we will come back to you with a free, no obligation quote for the audit work and nothing will be done until you have authorised the work. Any fee paid will either be deducted from the final invoice or returned to you if you decide not to go ahead.
